Review member requests
Members' level claims, rank card pictures and personal role designs wait for your team under Workspace › Requests, on three pages: Level claims, Member pictures and Personal roles. The sidebar shows how many wait on each. Members can send requests only while levelling is on, and Colossus doesn't message them about a decision.
Approve or deny a request
- Open Level claims, Member pictures or Personal roles.
- Find the member with Search, or work down the list.
- Press the approve or deny button on the row. There is no reason to fill in.
The menu above the list switches between requests that are waiting, approved and denied. A claim or picture can be decided again from there.
Deny requests automatically
On any of the three pages, Deny after denies requests left waiting for 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days, or never. It applies to requests sent from then on.
Review level claims
Members send these with /claim once claims are on; see Import from another bot. Each row shows the level claimed, Level now, and a link to the old bot's message the claim came from, if any. Check it against the old bot first, such as with its /rank on that member.
- Approve: the level counts as an imported one, and nothing is announced. If several of a member's claims are approved, the highest counts.
- Deny: the claim doesn't count.
A member has one claim waiting at a time; a new /claim replaces it.
Review rank card pictures
On Pro, from members allowed to change their rank card. A member holds up to 3 pictures, and /rank leaves a picture off until it is approved.
- Approve:
/rankdraws it. - Deny: it comes off their card, but takes one of their 3 places until they delete it.
Reset a member's card drops every change a member made to their card, so /rank shows the server's card again. Their pictures stay.
Review personal role designs
On Pro, from members given a personal role; see Give a personal role. Each row shows Design sent beside Live now.
- Approve: Colossus makes or changes the role and gives it to the member, with only the parts their perks allow.
- Deny: the role keeps its approved look. The member can send another.
- Reset: on an approved role, deletes it from Discord and drops the member's designs, at once.
Who can review requests
Manager and Admin see and decide all three. Viewer doesn't see them. Each page has its own permissions to see and to decide; see Set permissions one by one.
If it doesn't work
- A page has a lock. Member pictures and Personal roles need Pro.
- A page is missing from the sidebar. Your access doesn't include it.
- Discord refuses a personal role. The row says so. The bot needs Manage Roles and a role above the personal roles.
