Act on findings

Work through the week's findings in Pulse like an inbox, mark them done or seen, assign them to a teammate or snooze them, from the dashboard or from the briefing in Discord.

Findings are the things Pulse noticed in your server's last full week, listed on Intelligence › Pulse under What needs you, and your team works through them like an inbox: mark each one Done or Seen, assign it, or snooze it. Marking, assigning and snoozing need Pro and Manager or Admin access.

Read a finding

Findings sit on tabs: Needs attention, Worth knowing, Snoozed and Done. Press one to open it: what moved and by how much, the channels, roles or hours behind it, and the members it is about. See the numbers opens the chart behind it; a finding about a member or a level perk also links to that member's profile or that perk.

Besides the Pulse readings, findings name:

regulars, or the regulars of a channel or role, going quiet
members finding their place, and newcomers speaking up, getting answered, coming back and becoming regulars
invite links whose joins stay or don't
bursts of joins, and busy channels fading
with levelling on, levels where members stall, XP that looks farmed, and what a level perk does to activity

Findings about single members are made only on servers with fewer than 150 active members over the last four weeks; larger servers get the share of farmed XP instead. A small or quiet server gets fewer findings, or none, rather than noise.

Mark a finding done or seen

Open the finding.
Press Done, Seen or Dismiss. On a phone, Seen and Dismiss are under More actions. Your team sees where it was left, and Undo clears the mark.

Done and dismissed findings move to the Done tab; seen ones stay where they are with a Seen badge.

Assign or snooze a finding

To hand a finding to someone, pick a team member who can read Pulse under Assign. Picking them again unassigns it.
To put it off, pick a day under Snooze. It moves to Snoozed and stays out of the briefing and alerts until that day.

Act on findings from Discord

On Pro and Titan, each finding in a posted briefing carries buttons: Done, Seen, Dismiss, Assign to me and Snooze. Pressing one again undoes it, and Snooze there puts the finding off until next Monday. The buttons work for Manager and Admin. See Post the weekly briefing to Discord.

Look back at earlier weeks

Use Earlier and Later beside the week, or pick a week from the list, to see each week's findings and where they were left. Besides this week, Free keeps 1 week, Pro 12 and Titan every week.

If it doesn't work

"This week's briefing is on its way." The week's list is being made; it appears shortly after the week starts.
No findings. The server is too quiet to judge, the kinds are muted, or your access leaves out the analytics a finding reads.
A finding has no buttons. Marking needs Pro and Manager or Admin access.
