Questions about paying
Is a plan per server or per account?
Per server. Each server has a plan of its own, and the cards saved on the owner's billing account pay for every server they own.
Is there a free trial?
No. Free has no time limit, and a paid plan is charged from the day you subscribe.
What does Titan cost, and what if our server grows?
Titan costs $16/mo up to 10,000 members, $24/mo up to 50,000 members, and $36/mo over 50,000 members. When your member count moves into another band, Titan follows on its own: a larger band starts once the count passes it, a smaller one at the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel?
The change takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. Existing team access stays active; additions and edits follow the new plan. Other settings the new plan doesn't include are kept, but stop applying until you upgrade again. A server on its own bot stops recording when Titan ends, so move it to the shared bot first.

No. Your history stays: Free shows the latest part of it, and upgrading again shows the rest. On Free, hour-by-hour detail is kept only for the part it shows; older days keep their daily totals.
What if a payment fails?
The plan keeps working while the payment is retried, for about 21 days, and the dashboard shows until when. If it keeps failing, the server moves to Free; your data stays.

Within 14 days of buying a yearly plan, or of its yearly renewal, you can ask for a full refund: write to [email protected]. A refunded plan ends when the refund is made. After those 14 days a yearly plan is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise, and if you cancel it, it stays active until the end of the year you paid for.

Who can change the plan?
Anyone with the “Manage the plan, payments and subscriptions” permission, which the Admin preset has. Only the owner can change the card that pays.
