Change your plan and billing

What Free, Pro and Titan include in Colossus, how to upgrade, move down or cancel, change the card, get invoices, and what happens when a payment fails.

Every plan

Your plan, card and invoices are under Workspace › Plan & billing. Changing the plan needs Manage the plan, payments and subscriptions, which Admin has; only the server's owner changes the card. Prices are on the pricing page.

Pro is paid monthly or yearly; Titan monthly. Titan's price follows the server's member count: up to 10,000, up to 50,000, or more. It moves up as the server grows, and down at the end of a paid period.

Upgrade your plan

Press Change plan, then Upgrade under the plan you want.
From Free, pay in the checkout on the page. From a paid plan, confirm. Moving up from a monthly plan charges nothing that day and adds the difference to the next bill; otherwise you pay now, less what is left of the period you already paid for.

The plan switches on once the payment clears, usually within seconds. Moving up to Titan keeps the shared bot until you connect your own.

To switch Pro between monthly and yearly, press Switch to yearly or Switch to monthly under your plan. Yearly starts at once, less what is left of the paid month; monthly starts when the paid year ends.

Move down or cancel

Press Change plan.
Press Move down under the plan you want, and confirm. Under Free, this cancels the plan: press Cancel at period end.

The change takes effect when the paid period ends; until then, Keep plan or Resume plan undoes it. History stays: a smaller plan shows its latest part, and upgrading again shows the rest. Levelling settings the new plan leaves out are kept but stop applying, which can move levels. A server on its own bot moves to the shared bot, so add the shared bot on Discord first.

Change the card or download an invoice

Under Payment method, the owner presses Add card, or Make default on another card. Cards belong to the owner and pay for every server they own. Invoices lists each charge with its invoice, and the owner's Billing details opens the payment provider's billing page.

When a payment fails

The plan keeps working while the payment is retried, for up to three weeks or until the paid period ends, and a notice on every page says until when. Update card brings you to the card; the owner can press Pay now. If the payment still doesn't go through, paid features stop until it does, and then the server moves to Free. Its data stays.
