Questions
Is message text stored?
No. The bot reads a message only long enough to count what it carried, such as words, links and attachments, then discards the text. Direct messages and the contents of attachments are never recorded.

No. When the bot joins, Colossus reads the message history of every channel it can see, newest first: the last 14 days on Free, 365 days back on Pro, and all of it on Titan.
Read moreWhat happens to my history if I stop paying?
It stays. Free shows the latest 90 days of it, and upgrading again shows the rest. How long data is kept is a setting of its own, not part of the plan.

Your server's data is kept for 90 days in case the bot comes back, then deleted. Deleting the server in Colossus instead removes its data within minutes.

Yes, on Pro and Titan. Access is set area by area, so someone can read the growth, engagement and audience charts with member profiles and leaderboards left out. The Viewer and Manager presets include profiles, so set this one up yourself.
